What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Greeter Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on our Entrance Youth Team, to crafting a dynamic worship experience with the Worship Team, to finding freedom and building community by leading a Small Group. The Dream Team is how we make a difference!
Areas of Service
Dream Team Descriptions
A-Team
Our team uses our gift of administration to support Vineyard's teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to details. Our team also assists staff with projects and administrative tasks as well as preparation for the upcoming worship experiences. This team serves all Dream Team members by assisting with check-in in Dream Team Central. We have serve opportunities before and after services as well as throughout the week at the church offices.

Campus Support
Our team assists setting up before service and taking down after service and helps provide a safe and efficient parking experience. Our team also assists with various facility projects throughout the week.

Greeter Team
Our team welcomes people to Vineyard at the front doors and at specific zones throughout the building. This team also assists people to their seats and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
Growth Track Host Team
This team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Vineyard.
Information Team
Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Small Groups, Growth Track, and events.
Legacy Team
Our team uses our gift of giving to support major projects and facilitate the overall vision of the church through strategic financial offerings.
Prayer Team
Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams, and ministries at Vineyard.
Production Team
Our team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, audio engineering, and our online experience. Our team connects with guests of Vineyard from around the world through our Online Campus experience with prayer and online conversations.
Small Group Leadership Team
Our team is trained to facilitate small groups by creating environments where people can experience community, find freedom, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. This team also helps people get connected into Small Groups by hosting different events throughout the year.
Vineyard Kids Team
Our team consists of these areas: check-in, nursery, preschool, elementary, and special needs. We invest in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, small groups, and games.
Background check
Vineyard Students
Our team helps middle school and high school students get connected and take next steps in their faith through Entrance Nights, House Parties (small groups), conferences, and serving during the Sunday services.
