Community Serving Opportunitues

Central to the identity of Vineyard Community Church is our emphasis on local and global missions.
It is our mission to be a compassionate and diverse team that encourages and equips fellow believers for the
purpose of demonstrating and proclaiming the love and hope of Jesus Christ to our local and global communities. Vineyard does this through local and global missions teams and our Helping Hands Food Pantry.

If you aren't sure where to start in this process,
think about the following:

  • What time do I have available to give?
  • Can I give time weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually?
  • What cause or issue am I passionate about?
  • What age or people group do I want to volunteer with?
  • As I pray about this, where do I sense God is leading me?

After you consider these answers, check out the the opportunities
below for volunteering in our community and church to plug in and
make your minutes matter!

Check out this video for our Helping Hands Food Pantry. Together we can make a difference in the lives of those in our community. Mother Teresa said, "If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one."

VCC can help you find a meaningful place of service in the church or the community. To get involved please call  757.424.4444 or contact our church office by
email.
