It is our vision that children feel welcomed, valued, and cared for while they learn who Jesus is, how to follow Him, and how basic Bible truths can help them make the right choices now and throughout their lives.

 Nursery/Preschool
At Vineyard Community Church, our nursery, preschool teachers, and helpers believe that loving attention to our children is essential for our young ones' spiritual foundation. In addition to loving care, our preschool program includes music, crafts, puppetry, and storytelling. Your children will learn about Jesus with a hands-on approach as our teachers demonstrate what it means to be devoted followers of Christ. Our nursery is open for babies age 6 weeks to two years; the preschool classes care for toddlers two to three years old, and Pre-K from four to five years.
Promiseland
 This
ministry is available during all of our weekend services: Saturday nights at 5:30 pm and Sunday mornings at 9:30 and 11:00 am for children K through 5th grade. Our children will go on a journey to discover that God is our Helper. It's so exciting, we believe your children won't want to miss a single week. Each weekend service, the children will participate in large groups where they will learn about Christ through Bible-based lessons and creative arts. Then they will break into smaller groups for life-application discussions/activities and fellowship. We have two fully equipped creative arts classrooms with stages and sound systems for drama, worship, puppetry, and relevant Bible-based teachings. Children are divided into three classes for small group time: Kindergarten through first grade, second and third graders, and fourth and fifth graders.

Nights (Virginia Beach Campus)
Kids, come join us on Saturday nights and earn VBucks during your Promiseland visit. Check out our Celebration Station and J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) Cafe. VBucks are awarded for bringing a Bible to class and for reciting a Bible scripture verse from the previous week. Earn more VBucks for bringing in friends! Kids, you'll even get one VBuck for simply coming to the Saturday night service. Celebration Station is the place to cash in your VBucks during your stay and get really cool prizes! After you have picked out your prizes, you get a special treat at our J.A.M. Cafe.
