Exciting Solution

Our vision is not about building buildings but about building people. We have always seen facilities as simple tools used by God and people, and there will be more people to come.  However, the painful truth is that our current facility is neither large enough, nor flexible enough to keep up with what God is doing among us!  Furthermore, we remain committed to do whatever is necessary to accommodate any lost or unchurched people that want to come.  We simply refuse to hang a sign on the door saying, “Sorry, but we are full, go home.” While we have no idea how many people God will bring our way in the future, if our past is any indication, we will continue to grow and increase in the numbers who are attracted to the type of ministry we offer.  This means that if no adjustments are made within the next year, we will be saying, “Sorry, go away,” because of our inability to expand beyond 1500.  But, no matter how fast or slow we continue to grow, we cannot let the size of our house determine how large our family can grow.

Consequently, we believe that God is now directing us to respond to his invitation by using the renovating of our facility as a tool to continue to proclaim the life-changing message of Christ. While we are deeply grateful for the facility that we already have, if we are going to effectively accommodate the diverse needs and future ministry opportunities, we simply must make room for more. The exciting solution that God has provided expresses our values in a dramatic way.
